This incident started about 6:30 AM on November 9th 2013. Mike Voden and his wife Patricia Rollins were awakened by a loud screaming verbal altercation. This was happening between the couple who had just moved into the uninhabitable shack next door a couple of days previously. As Mike was leaving for work about 7:15 he noticed a strange hound in his yard. Mike is/was very aware of the millions of viscious dog attacks every year in the U.S. It is well known by many people, including Paul Affeldt, the neighbors good friend and landlord that Mike had an AZ CCW and exercised those rights most of the time. This day was no exception. As Mike went out his side door, followed by Patricia, the hound heard him, turned around, acting extremely threatening and very aggressive. At the same time, following the explicit advice from the 911 operator to not confront anyone, he placed himself between Patricia and the threatening hound standing by the corner of is house. The hound, sensing danger from the extended handgun, stopped in his tracks, then ran away.

The stranger next door, who turned out to be Randal Burnett, was 50 feet away from Mike and twenty feet inside his (Burnett's) yard. He could clearly see that Mike was holding a gun. As he entered Mike's yard Burnett obviously intended to succeed in his often stated plan to NOT die of prostate cancer. He yelled at Mike "What are you going to do with the gun, shoot me?" The response was "I will." It was very obvious that Burnett had no intention of capturing his errant-trespassing hound. The hound was far from Mike by then in almost the opposite direction. Burnett became a criminal trespasser by NOT following directions to get his dog out of Pat & Mike's yard.

Burnett continued his rapid approach towards Pat and Mike. At the last 1/2 second Mike defended both of then from an extremely deranged, suicidal, strung out, out drug addicted, psychotic maniac. Burnett was so close that he slammed Mike against the side of his home-splattering his (Burnett's) blood on Mike's gun, hand, shirt and sidewalk. Burnett fell dead about 1/2 way between Mike & Pat who was sitting in her wheelchair just outside of their side door.

Pat has always said that the screaming argument between Randall & Brenda Burnett was NOT about the hound. It was about his disclosure to her of his plan to avoid death by prostate cancer. Randal Burnett had dozens of "reasons" to do what he did. He was S.M.I. almost all of his life and was diagnosed by the V.A. et al. with almost a dozen mental issues. He had a very aggressive, metastasized prostate cancer, had been coughing up blood for about a year, diagnosed with "MRSA octus externa." These diseases were eating him alive.

They were financially destitute and spiritually bereft. Burnett was well aware of similar incidents and wrongful death litigation with "BIG MONEY" rewards. His life expectancy was only a few weeks and he "KNEW" it. His suicidal plan was "Cash out and cash in." What better plan for a bank robber than to move next door to a bank.

At this point in time we have received a few thousand pages of legal documents, transcripts, pictures, medical records and more. However, even this amount is still quite short of the total we have requested and are legally entitled to. As fast as we can, we intend to publish these pages at one of the parts of this website. This information will clearly show and prove all of the preceding statements on this report and all others.

We can and will prove: collusion, corruption, and conspiracy between ALL of the lawyers and Judge Scales. Perjury, evidence tampering and corruption by cops and the medical examiner.
